OOOO that there is always one human willing to challenging th system. That goes in with change. Because if we challenge the system it can sometimes lead to change and shows a desire for change!
ok so to go with rya's thing i think that collectivly what all the literature we have read this year says about us as a human population is that we have the capacity to change. Whether that change is regressive or progressive, it is still change.
define change
okey dokey. I mean change as in changing themselves, or changing the world around them. Like in Macbeth, he changies the social cast system by murdering people. Obviously regressive change, but change none the less. In LOF the change is the change that takes place in the boys that turns them from good little school boys into savage wild men. In Farenhiet 451 the government changes the whole way people leran by taking away books, and then people rebel and take it back which shows regressive then progressive change. In The Chosen, at first Danny and Reuven hate each other, but they change and start liking each other, and by doing that they change the societies around them. Very progressive change. In AWNM, Daniel Pink is saying that the world is changing because of people, and is giving ideas to help people change. Poetry is all about change, i mean seriously, what is peotry if not written documentation of change.
So there you go!
i LOVE rya's i dea about challenging the system and change. nice.
